Love to…

I’d love to fall in love with you.

Yet, I’m rather scared to.

The thought of being entwined in passion

Could create a state of pure satisfaction.

But will you stay or will you go?

Only time knows…

That’s the start of my fears.

I’d hate to end up in tears.

Still, I’d love to fall in love with you.

IT’s taking all of me not to.

Trust Exercise

How do you make feel?

I almost completely trusted you today.

We were laying there,

You were sleep.

And I laid my head over your heart.

Then I debated with myself –

Should I put the full weight of my head down?

I slowly lowered

                Then lowered more

I was at the point where I was getting

A crick in my neck…

Then you woke up.

Kiss

It was just a kiss –

One simple innocent kiss

While walking through the rain;

Soaking my feet in the mud puddles,

Which started out strange.

You came to walk me home

Without encroachment,

Upon your own free will.

And our kiss, a greeting from old –

Arms side by side to show

We don’t see color.

I’ve yet to get you off my mind,

Simple wandering if you think of me –

Me being foolish to come to you.

I come to you still…

In my thoughts.

The Search

She started looking for a god on Earth.

Wow, a god on Earth.

To solve human issues –

Issues that humans caused.

She was taught to seek refuge in a god.

For when you die, you’re dead –

Go to the ground.

But in learning, spirits are suppose to rise.

So she looked to the spirits –

Spirits that rose from the dead.

Still searching for a problem solver,

A scapegoat.

We needed someone – a god.

A god to solve our problems.

Problems that we caused.

We searched – she searched all over

For a god – no

A problem solver.

She couldn’t find a god on Earth.

Neither could I.
